Maria Rossella Nicoletti assists clients with matters of civil and commercial law both out of court, including in arbitration and mediation procedures, and in court, having accrued multiple years of experience, above all in conflict management and litigation and specifically in respect of the protection of rights and, substantively, rights in rem, obligations and contracts.

Her traditional studies and training, coupled with her experience acquired in assisting major groups, makes Maria Rossella an all-round professional with extensive preparation that allows her to work in civil law and civil procedural law with confidence and flair.
