Pietro Nisi consults and offers in and out of court assistance to enterprises, particularly in matters of international contracts and the transport and logistics sector. He has accrued extensive experience in goods and body insurance, in shipping and aeronautical law, regularly assisting leading insurance companies and Italian and international carriers.

He assists Italian enterprises and trade associations in all sectors involved by national and European Community competition law, representing his clients before the national Antitrust Authority and the European Community institutions.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna, which also made him a research fellow in Air Navigation Law. He has authored various publications for legal magazines specialised in transport and shipping law. He sits on the Supervisory Bodies (Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01) of national and international companies.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
