Alessandro Pappalardo’s practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law, corporate compliance and litigation in relation to the distribution of financial products for multinational clients operating in the luxury, automotive, industrial graphics, telecommunications, healthcare, precision electronics, food & beverage and aviation sectors.
He is also Data Protection Officer for complex companies and holds several positions as chairman or member of Supervisory Boards thanks to his experience in privacy and corporate compliance.
For years director of legal affairs in multinational companies in Italy and abroad and board member in companies belonging to primary multinational groups, he still holds the role of outsourced general counsel in various corporate entities.
He graduated from the University of Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
