Margherita Pasini graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Turin in October 2025, discussing a thesis in Industrial Law and Civil Procedural Law entitled “The precautionary protection of patents: UPC rules compared with the Italian model.”
During her university studies, she explored issues related to intellectual property and European law, developing interdisciplinary skills.
She participated in the 2023/2024 Erasmus program at the Universiteit Antwerpen, where she attended courses and took exams entirely in English, focusing on international commercial law and intellectual property.
Since February 2025, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of ELSA Torino. As Director of Seminars & Conferences, she has been involved in organizing conferences and events with Italian and foreign professionals and lecturers.
At RPLT, she works in the Intellectual Property, Privacy & Data Protection and TMT – Technology, Media & Telecommunications department.
She joined the firm in December 2025.
