Alessandro Pinci is an expert in ordinary and international taxation mainly referring to the sectors of Financial Services, Automotive, Energy, Petrochemicals, Food, Tobacco, Printing, Large Distribution, and Information Technology.
His clients are both medium and large sized domestic companies and Italian subsidiaries of large multinational groups for which he also follows extraordinary transactions, participatory reorganizations and real estate portfolios of Italian and foreign groups, reorganization and debt restructuring projects of industrial groups, having as interlocutors the main Italian credit institutions.
He has extensive experience in generational transitions of companies for which he organizes and plans their succession. Over the years he has held and still holds positions as VAT representative and member of the board of statutory auditors for major national and multinational Groups.
A member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome and the Register of Auditors, he is a member of ANDAF (National Association of Administrative and Financial Directors).
