Luisa Maria Pozzi mainly provides assistance in and out of court for employment law matters and, in particular, consults for businesses.
In 2000, she decided to focus her work on employment law, including welfare. She has received and indeed continues to receive appointments from the Court to assist in collective procedures where disputes relate to employment law issues, collaborating well with all bodies of the procedures.
In thinking about herself and her work, she often recalls a phrase said to her by a university lecturer on the day of her graduation:
“Give me a place to stand, and I shall move the world” (Archimedes).
And Luisa Maria’s place to stand is law.
Luisa Maria joined RP Legal & Tax in September 2012 after a long time spent with an employment law firm of Busto Arsizio.
