Alessandro Provera is a lawyer specializing in economic criminal law. He has gained extensive experience in leading law firms in the sector, including medical criminal liability, telecommunications, logistics and energy criminal law.
An expert in corporate criminal liability, he also works as a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2001.

Alessandro Provera is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Eastern Piedmont, as well as a contract professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, where he has taught corporate criminal law (Piacenza branch) for several years.

He has numerous publications in scientific journals as well as monographs on the relationship between criminal law and multiculturalism, liability in complex organizations and law and literature.

He loves the history of the Risorgimento and the twentieth century, literature, especially Greek literature. He believes that a jurist is and should be a humanist.
