Alessandro Racano deals with corporate, bankruptcy and tax criminal law, safety at work criminal law, copyright, the environment and the Public Administration.
He also works in matters of administrative liability in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01, both as a member of the SB and by assisting entities involved in criminal proceedings.
Alessandro joined RP Legal & Tax in 2014 and became a partner in 2019.
He has authored numerous publications and articles and taught on training courses at various companies as well as spoken at conventions discussing the liability of entities pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01, safety at work and tax crime. When asked why he decided to become a criminal lawyer, his reason is “because I believe in second chances”.
