Andrea Rescigno assists and advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters, with a more than thirty-year experience in M&A transactions, setting-up of joint ventures and corporate structures, negotiation of national and international contracts (procurement, supply, distribution).
His clients are Italian and foreign entities operating in the industrial (chemical-pharmaceutical, heavy industry), financial services and media sectors.
Andrea also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings and advises on the Italian 231/2001 Law and related matters. He holds several positions as member of the Board of Directors and of the surveillance bodies pursuant Law 231 of Italian entities of multinational groups.
Andrea is a member of the Board of Directors of TELFA.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
