Alessandro Sanci has worked in leading Italian professional firms where he has gained solid experience in national and international taxation issues, assisting companies and groups. He has acquired significant experience in the taxation of extraordinary transactions, restructuring operations, also assisting industrial and commercial groups – both Italian and multinational – in M&A operations.
He holds a degree from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and the register of Legal Auditors.
