Specialized in tax law, he provides tax and corporate assistance and advice to multinational groups. He has particular experience in accounting, corporate and tax issues with particular reference to corporate income – focus on financial, industrial and real estate companies – international taxation, transfer pricing, taxation of domestic and international financial income and in tax litigation.
A lecturer at “Il Sole 24 Ore” as part of the Master of Tax Law and Master of Administration Finance and Control, he collaborates with leading tax law journals.
A graduate in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and in Economics from “Niccolò Cusano” University in Rome, he is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
