Caterina Sola

Caterina Sola assists medium and large enterprises, banks and insurance companies with legal and out-of-court problems involving the supply of goods or services, insurance and loan contracts. Her key clients include a telephone company for which she has provided mediation, debt collection and litigation management, with a particular eye on all consumer-related disputes.

She has twenty years of experience in civil litigation, assuring her solid skills and determination in managing lawsuits and debt collection, not only in monitoring, executive and urgent procedures, but also on contractual aspects, such as the transfer of credit, transactions, the concession of bank and mortgage guarantees and bankruptcy, and in general insolvency, problems.

Her aim is to establish a relationship of trust with the client and ensure continuous, competent everyday support in solving the individual matters. Her work is characterised by her hallmark use of the word “resolution”, rather than “management”.

Caterina has been a partner of RP Legal & Tax since 1999.

She is a member of the “Association International de droit comparé de Strasbourg” and a member of AIDA.
