Sabrina Straneo assists Italian clients and multinational enterprise groups in commercial and corporate law matters, in particular with reference to extraordinary operations, corporate finance, joint ventures and cross-border operations, and to day-by-day assistance in company contracts and company secretary.

Sabrina has also accrued considerable experience in real estate in Italy, assisting leading groups in acquisitions and development.

Sabrina spent some years at Jones Day Paris, and joined RPLT RP legalitax in 2009, as Of Counsel.
