Veronica Vagnucci consults on commercial and corporate law for the various aspects of corporate governance and all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on extraordinary operations, such as acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and transformations.
Veronica has accrued significant experience in the M&A sector, where she mainly assists Italian and foreign companies with legal due diligence and the negotiation and execution f extraordinary operations, through the preparation of contracts of purchase, investment, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, business sales contracts and sales of business units.
Veronica joined RP Legal & Tax in 2008, after graduating with top marks from the Bocconi University of Milan, with a thesis discussing cross-border mergers of capital companies.
She thereafter completed a Specialisation Course in Corporate Law from the University of Milan.
