Margherita Vialardi deals with civil law, providing clients with mainly legal assistance, both in ordinary courts and arbitration. Her work focusses on the sector of professional liability and, in particular, medical-health liability, where she offers assistance to healthcare structures, professionals and individual patients in lawsuits deriving from medical malpractice.  Her consultancy and assistance also includes the out-of-court and pre-litigation phase, as well as mediation processes and assisted negotiation.

She strives to combine competence with effectiveness in her work, which leads her to believe that

She graduated with top marks from the University of Turin and has been with RP Legal & Tax since 2014. She has been the appointed expert at the Civil Procedure Faculty of the University of Turin, with various publications featured in the magazine “Giurisprudenza italiana”.
