Matteo Visigalli assists clients in dealing with both ordinary litigation and arbitration, working on matters relating to contractual and non-contractual liability.
The experience accrued in the sector allows Matteo to manage the various phases of the litigation in light of the needs and concrete possibilities of the client, potentially activating non-litigation proceedings in order to achieve out-of-court agreements.
Matteo joined RP Legal & Tax in 2010 after graduating cum laude from the University of Milan, where he was awarded the title of “Laureato Meritevole” (deserving graduate) for 2010. He speaks at various conferences on constitutional law and the secularity of the state. He collaborated in preparing certain volumes on legal matters published by Il Sole 24 ore and Maggioli Editore.
