Focus | Board members and corporate sustainability: the ESG & Legal Impact team on the IBA’s journal
RPLT’s ESG & Legal Impact team (Natalia Bagnato, Emiliano Giovine, Maria Pia Sacco, Marianna Peroni) has contributed to the IBA’s journal “Business Law International” with the article entitled “Directors’ Duties in the European Initiative on Sustainable Corporate Governance: Implications for the Italian Legal System“.
As the title suggests, the article takes the Italian legal system as a representative case study for the analysis of the impact of the European Initiative on Sustainable Corporate Governance – its benefits and drawbacks – with a specific focus on board members and their incentives.
