Alberto Agresti assists Italian clients and multinational group in matters of commercial and corporate law, especially those relating to extraordinary operations, corporate finance, joint ventures, cross-border operations. His consultancy also covers all the aspects of the day-to-day activities of corporations: for example contracts, compliance, legal secretariat.
Furthermore, Alberto assists several EuVECA funds in the structuring and making of investments characterized by social impact profiles.
He graduated with top marks at Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a thesis in tax and criminal law entitled “The Art Market and White Collar Crimes: Money Laundering, Tax Evasion and Financial Frauds”. He also partook in the Erasmus programme studying in Spain at the Universidad de Almeria.
Furthermore, in 2021 he has started a collaboration with the journal “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese”
