Laura Brandoli

Laura Brandoli deals with the protection of industrial and intellectual property, providing clients with assistance in and out of court on matters of trademarks, know-how, design, patents and copyright, as well as in the sector of unfair competition and advertising. Her work also includes assisting with administrative procedures before the UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) and the EUIPO.
Alongside her experience in IP, Laura has also accrued an in-depth understanding of new technologies and the blockchain, also as instruments for the protection and valuation of each company’s own know-how.
Laura joined RP Legal & Tax in 2015 after graduating cum laude from the University of Milan with a thesis written on the protection of industrial design. She has been named “Laureata Meritevole” (deserving graduate) by ALGIUSMI (the Association of Law Graduates of the University of Milan) and was awarded the Professoressa Paola A.E. Frassi prize in 2015.
She is a member of AIPPI, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
