Ilaria Carli has a well-established experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property.
She assists Italian and foreign clients in the design, fashion, art, food & beverage and IT sectors, offering legal services aimed at the protection and enhancement of intellectual property assets – trademarks, patents, copyright works, designs, trade secrets, domain names and other distinctive signs – including drafting of opinions and contracts aimed at the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights and judicial assistance before national and European Union courts.
Ilaria has a specific expertise on the exploitation and protection of new technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, smart contracts and NFTs.
She is a member of the Internet Committee of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) and a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). She is also an Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) and is one of the Experts of MFSD, an ADR center for intellectual property disputes based in Milan, and a panelist for .eu ADR dispute resolution proceedings with the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC).
Ilaria regularly publishes articles and contributions in the areas of her expertise and has participated, as a speaker, in numerous conferences, seminars and other educational events both at a national and international level.
