Amedeo Della Croce deals with Antitrust law, consumer’s protection, regulation and the competition aspects of tenders and concessions.
He has accrued specific competencies in the field of unlawful restrictions of competition or abuses of a dominant position, as well as illicit commercial practices before the relevant authorities, the European Commisions and the courts.
He attended a LLM Master in European Studies at the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium), and is an active member of the Antitrust Commission of AIJA.
