Simona Giordani

Simona Giordani offers her assistance mainly in the area of commercial and corporate law.

In April 2023, she graduated with honours from the University of Turin, defending a thesis in European Law entitled “’Squaring the triangle’: the impact of Brexit on treaty relations covered by mixed agreements. An analysis of international treaty law and EU external relations law.”
During her time at university, Simona gained considerable experience abroad: she took part in the Erasmus program, at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, and in the thesis research abroad program, at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. She also participated to the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, for which she also supervised the University of Turin team as a tutor.

Simona joined RP Legal & Tax in 2023.
