Paolo Grandi deals with commercial and corporate law. He is an expert in the acquisition and disposal of corporate investments, the rental and lease of business units, extraordinary capital transactions and joint ventures.

Paolo assists clients nationally and international taking a multidisciplinary approach, drafting and negotiating purchase contracts, shareholder agreements and commercial agreements in various sectors, including energy, hi-tech, manufacturing, textile-fashion and real estate. In these same sectors, Paolo also deals with commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. When he thinks about his work, he loves to recall a famous phrase once said by Michael Jordan:

“Talent wins games, but teamwork […] win[s] championships”.

Paolo joined RP Legal & Tax in 1997 and became a partner in 2007. He has also authored various contributions made on matters of civil procedure, IT consultancy contracts and hardware and software support maintenance.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
