Fabrizio Iliceto is an expert in commercial, corporate, banking law and in capital markets.
He regularly assists large national and international industrial and banking groups in the context of extraordinary transactions such as M&As, financings, debt restructurings, IPOs, share capital increases, bond issues and public takeover bids. Fabrizio offers his clients continuous assistance on corporate matters and commercial contracts, as well on regulatory matters for listed companies.

When he ponders on an essential trait of a lawyer, he recalls a phrase by Rudyard Kipling:
“Keeping your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you”.
He has worked for two years in Hong Kong, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of the Asian markets and promoted the recognition of Italy by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as jurisdiction admitted for the listing of Italian companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
He has lectured on university masters courses and continuous professional courses for lawyers. He has authored articles on corporate and banking law.
