Background Image

Francesca Macchi deals exclusively in employment law, a sector in which she has considerable experience both in and out of court.

More specifically, she particularly assists companies in managing contracts with employees and agents and has also accrued experience in contracts of employment stipulated with journalists.

In order to further specialise and heighten her understanding, she also chose to complete a specific Master in Employment Law and, most recently, a specialisation course run by the University of Milan on an even more current topic: “Computer crime and digital forensics in the context of the small and medium enterprise, large enterprises and the public sector”.

Francesca joined RP Legal & Tax in 2010
