Alessandro Paci’s practice focuses on international trade law, commercial contracts and insurance law, assisting Italian and foreign companies. He specializes in private international law, particularly in sales, procurement, distribution, and agency agreements.

His experience includes, among others, the engineering and industrial plant construction, agri‑food, and logistics sectors. He regularly advises contractors on international projects involving the supply of industrial plants and machinery across various industries, including Oil & Gas, energy, mining, food processing, and packaging.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Trento following an initial degree in Philosophy from the University of Bologna. He undertook study periods in England (Exeter University) and in the United States (Vermont Law School). After qualifying as a lawyer, he gained professional experience in London at a long‑established English law firm.

He lectures for the Masters in Maritime, Port and Logistics Law at the University of Bologna, and is a speaker at courses run by the International Chamber of Commerce – Italy and the Italian Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (AIBA). He is regularly invited to speak in Italy and abroad on international contracts and litigation.

He has authored publications on commercial law and international trade and is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Society of Construction Law.
