Giulia Pairona offers her assistance on issues related to commercial and corporate law. She has solid experience in ordinary corporate assistance to corporations, with particular regard to corporate governance, as well as in the area of extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions) and venture capital. In this area, she has also dealt with Golden Power regulations. Giulia is also involved in the drafting of corporate contracts, especially of an international nature.

Her experience has been further enhanced by a period of secondment with the role of head of the legal department area Italy – Germany – Switzerland – Belgium – Netherlands – Luxembourg at a multinational group listed on the NYSE.

After a number of international academic experiences, particularly at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies at Georgetown University, Giulia graduated with honors and distinction from the University of Turin. She joined RP Legal & Tax in 2015.
